My name is Sherry El-Nashaar and I am a working artist in Wabasha, MN. I have been teaching K-12 art for seven years.

 

My work focuses on color and texture. I work on large scale acrylic paintings using animal and figurative imagery. I am drawn to bold color palettes that command attention and draw you in to discover my delicate layering of brush strokes and paint manipulation.

 

My work is in several private collections across the U.S.
